The School of Decent Work is a training and coordination tool for trade union action that ACTRAV makes available to trade union organisations. The aim is to contribute to its strengthening in the promotion of Decent Work.
Promoting Decent Work implies respect for fundamental rights and principles in the workplace, creation and maintenance of decent employment, extension of social protection and social dialogue.
Through the different types of resources available in this School, trade union organisations are encouraged to take part in the decision making processes. It contributes to Decent Work in our societies, making effective the exercise of fundamental rights of freedom of association and collective bargaining.
